Nice distressed brown leather. Lots of pockets. One clasp, one zipper and two pouches on the outside. Large interior with one zipper and two pouch pockets. Some minimal stains on the interior (see photo) otherwise clean. Distressed exterior gets better with age. Shoulder strap 12”. When on shoulder hits at waist. 14” x 7” x 3”.
