Excellent condition, nice quality. Flat front, no pockets, elastic waist in back. These pants are not stretchy. Although size large, they are too small for me (I’m usually a 14 in pants). I would recommend for those less curvy on the bottom; size 10 would probably be perfect. They are a perfect length for me at 5’6” with a 28” inseam.
