Patrizia Pepe Cotton Dress Size 42 / 6 Lightweight cotton dress with flutter sleeve and tie at waistline. Side Zipper. Pink and white with blue / Red floral contrast at bottom and on tie. Good pre-owned condition with light wear- no holes or stains but some seams show a bit of strain or stress, see last photos Just under 36" at bust, waist is about 32" but can be adjusted smaller with tie. Hip is about 42+ due to flare style skirt. Dress is about 34" tall top to bottom overall. SD # 280
