Patrizia Pepe Unique Flutter Sleeve Dress

Measures 16 inches pit to pit and 38 inches shoulder to hem. This dress is so unique it looks like a blouse and skirt but is really a dress I took photos of it on hanger to show what it looks like then I dressed it on the mannequin to show what it looks like in. There is a zipper in skirt to get this on. There is also a zipper slit in back of zipper I showed photos of it up and down. Dress is in excellent condition
