Patsi A Collector's Item from Miss Pat Tiered Ribbon Skirt Size XS 1960s Rare

Offering this colorful ribbon skirt made of two tiers of sewn together coordinating bands of satin, lace, gross grain ribbon and black netting. It has an attached underslip in a black rayon or acetate fabric edged in white eyelet lace. See measurements below. Tag size: None 12” waist (flat, one side) 20” length Side closes with a button and zipper. Condition: There is a 2 1/2" tear in the black tulle at the front which will need repair and some random light discolorations on the colorful satin which are hard to spot. There is one area at the back along the chartreuse ribbon where a repair was made. See photos. Tag states dry clean only. A couple specks of soiling in the waistband. Odor free.
