Pattern dress w/ pockets

Cute navy patterned dress with light pink ruffle neckline. Has pockets on the sides and a sinched waist. The ruffle neckline is wrinkley in the picture but I can steam it so that it looks like the cover photo, it's just been folded up in storage for a while!
