Patterned Blue/Purple Party Dress (M)

This cute dress can be worn at any occasion. Tags say navy but it has more purple to it. It has a nice rubber lining across the inside top for great support. It looks as if there was supposed to be a belt to it, however, when I purchased there wasn't one. Also, one of the loops has come undone, an easy fix though. 100% polyester.
