Patterned Tunic/dress

Red, white, and black patterned tunic from Express. It can be worn as a dress, shirt or pool cover up. I’m 5’9” so I wore it as a shirt with leggings underneath, it covered my bottom by a few inches. Size Small, true to size. Absolutely no hole sit signs of wear. Optional string tie in the front at the top of chest area.
