Patterned blouse

Patterned pink and blue button-up blouse with a wide neck (enough that it can be worn of the shoulder). It is a short top and it ties at the bottom to be adjustable. The sleeves tie as well. It is great condition, never worn. It is a perfect top to wear with high waisted jeans for a night out, or a day of retail therapy!
