Patterned kawaii dress from Harajuku, Tokyo, Japan

Beautiful dress I bought from a thrift store in the Harajuku area of Tokyo. There’s no size but it fits me (5’ tall) as a cute oversized, “kawaii” look. - 34 inches long - 21 inches wide - The pattern involves what looks like English people and horses in the 1800’s - Tag reads “100% polyester”
