Patterned, pleated Peppermint dress

Cute pleated dress by Peppermint. It’s navy blue with orange designs; great colors for fall. Has a black waistband and back zipper. Material is light, dress is not lined. Slight discoloring under the armpit; cannot tell when worn. Length: 34”, bust: 17”, waist: 14.5”.
