Patterned tote bag with tassles

I beleive I originally purchased this on my honeymoon, but have never used it since. it's in near perfect original condition, I can't find any flaws. the fabric has a little shine/sparkle and a great texture with really fun pom tassles. love this bag, but never use it. bottom panel is approximately 5" x 13", top width is about 18". height of bag without handles is 13.5" and handles are about 11.5".
