Patty Velvet Vintage Ring Pull Halter Top Vest

This top is so cute with its gold O-ring zipper pull in the front in a gold-tone metal. The front of the top is made of black non-stretch velvet and the back is a stretch velour for fit. It is a halter style and I believe this to be from the late 70s or early 80s from the look of the label. I have personally owned it since the 90s. The velvet has discolored in some areas as seen in the photos. A dip in a synthetic fabric dye would take care of that but I am not going to get around to doing that so I have decided to sell it. The size and fabric content tag has faded with age but it is about a size Medium. My mannequin is a 34B size 6 for reference but please see the measurements.
