Has two front open top pockets and is fully lined The skirt is a full button-down and is very full and flattering 100% cotton Measurements taken across the front when laying flat: Blazer - Bust: 17", Waist: 16", Length: 21.5", Sleeve length from neck: 29" Skirt - Waist: 13.5", Length: 29.5" In very good condition; no stains or holes.
