new no box. im a size 6 but they are too big for me. they will work for a 6 but fit more like a 6.5 and according to paul green website uk size 4 equals us size 6.5. see last pic. may also work if you wear a small 7but will not fit anyone over a womens size 7 US interior of boot measures about 10.25 inches frm tip of toe to back of boot
