Paul Harris Design Maxi Skirt

Vintage/dead stock 90s Paul Harris Design navy blue maxi skirt. Would be so cute for a "coast bay" look with an oversize white knit sweater. Has a half zip in the back and a semi-stretchy elastic waist band. I am 5'8" and the skirt falls perfectly at the tops of my feet. It's comfortable and lightweight. Used but in great condition fabric wise. The elastic band is just a teensy bit stretched out.
