Vintage PHD Paul Harris Design pleated school girl uniform midi skirt in a lovely navy blue. Small zipper and button closure on upper back to make getting it on easier. Skirt has a tiny amount of stretch but not at the waist area. This is not lined! No pockets. Besides maybe having a couple minor snags and it likes to collect lint, this is in very good vintage condition.
