Paul Harris Design Halloween vest. It is homemade. I got it from a craft show. It has 4 Jack-I-lanterns stacked on top of each other. It has a sign that has pumpkin patch on it , a spider, a bat, stars and a moon in it.. On the back, it has a place to tighten or loosen it. It buttons up in the front.
