barnzy225 @danadoo960 I’m sorry it had nothing to do with you, when I called my salon and asked my co-worker if it’s something we could separate she found a hole on the bottom of the bag. This one was outlast one. I called my Paul Mitchell Rep to see if it can be replaced, if so I can definitely take it apart for you. I should know by tomorrow the latest. She’s always really quick getting back to me.

danadoo960 @barnzy225 oh ok, I’m sorry I didn’t mean to come off as rude or anything I thought I had insulted you with my offer or my questions. Do you know how big the hole is or where it’s at on the bag exactly or anything? My aunt is a seamstress and could probably fix it, unless you have to turn the bag in to get the replacement. Just let me know. TIA!

danadoo960 @barnzy225 ok thank you! Either way it goes, if I was to buy the set, if I didn’t get it with the shampoo and conditioner, would that lower the price? I’ve got the wand set and if I could get this set all I would need is one flat iron that goes with the collection. Or if I can just get the bag and buy the other pieces would be ok too, I just can’t find the bag on its own anywhere.
