Waste is 13 inches flat. Fully lined skirt. Front of skirt is 15 3/4 of an inch long. Back up skirt is 16 inches long. This is an amazing piece of art purchased in the UK at the Paul Smith store in London. There is some fading from where as to be expected and there is creasing around the whole waistband. This piece is in good condition and it is used. European fit is smaller than US.
