tashharper @ebubnick i’d rather keep all of the communication on Poshmark. I know you can add a fair amount of pics to the post. I am especially interested in the items in the front row on the right side. The Azelaic acid 10% booster, the 25% AHA/2% BHA peel mask, the BHA 9, and was hoping that you might have the retinol 1% treatment if that was that magenta bottle in the back right row that was hidden. Also possibly some on the eye creams!

tashharper @ebubnick when I saw you had an offer out on this item I went ahead and purchased at full price. Please just go ahead and send me the entire kit. I will enjoy the four items I was looking for and gift the others or resell. There is a strange issue where this posting didn’t show as sold after I purchased. I thought perhaps my payment didn’t go all the way through or something? I purchased again and it created a duplicate order. Cancelled that one. Can’t wait to get it!

tashharper Can you please be in touch about this order? I’m confused since I purchased at full price a few days ago and it shows it in my orders. And the payment went through immediately. But this still shows it as an active listing and there seem to be other duplicate postings of this same set. Not sure exactly what happened? Will you be shipping out to me? Thanks!

tashharper Hi, can you please respond and let me know what is going on with this purchase? If somehow there is some weird issue where it allowed me to buy this even though it wasn’t available- then I need you to give me an immediate refund. If the purchase is good and you plan on shipping it out to me then will you please also let me know? I was very excited to get this set, but if it’s not available I would definitely like my money back immediately, since it has been five days since purchase.

tashharper Ok, I am truly disappointed not to have heard from you about shipping this order. Even when Poshmark Support also got involved. I was so excited to get it! But since it’s been over two weeks with no response to my messages or Poshmark Support’s messages, or notice of shipping, I guess I will cancel the order and ask for a refund as they have suggested. Such a bummer.
