The jar is lidded with gold floral painted designs along the exterior of the jar. This jar was made in Romania and signed as such. As coincidental as it might seem, I happen to be Romanian so when I noticed this was made in my country, I was elated! The jar jas a gold bottom rim and gold accents throughout.
