@bloondie2 sorry about the delay, April was a crazy month for me
PTP: 17 laying flat, with stretch 21’ there is an elastic band in the back with provides plenty of stretch. I fit in this without a problem.
Length: it’s hard to measure. The straps are completely adjustable. I am measuring from the part of the dress where the strap begins to tapper off to the hem of the dress. 28’
