Peacock Blue V Neck Formal Mini Dress

Only worn once. Well taken care of. Was in garment bag till I took it out for this purpose. Size 0. Mini dress hits 2-3” above the knee and I am 5’4. Cute design and gorgeous color. The V neck hits below the chest line so does need a special bra. Perfect party dress and night out. Got a bunch of compliments when I wore it one time. Let me know if you’d like more photos.
