The top is cut long, so it is not a bare midriff. The train can be removed when the hem is altered. This style skirt hangs really well cut floor length, if you choose to cut off the train. The color is called peacock. The gown has not been worn or altered, and has been stored bagged & hanging. It still has the designer hang tags plus all the labels inside.
