Hello,
The base metal is copper and the gold tone it’s not specified by the manufacturer. I assume is some sort of metal alloy plating.
I would suggest that you apply clear nail polish top coat to the hook to prevent the metal contacting your skin directly. I have done it and it’s worked for me. Just a suggestion. It may work for you too. To test this trick you may want to use a pair of earrings you already have before purchasing these ones to be on the safe side.

Also, I could change the hooks for hypoallergenic stainless steel ones but have in mind that the style and overall look will change and most likely the length on the drop the earrings will be shorter.
