This peacock blue sleeveless J. Crew dress has laser-cut "lace around the hem and on the top of the bodice and a flippy skirt. Size 4. The main material is a combination of cotton and silk and the "lace" is synthetic material. Only worn a couple of times and has been dry cleaned.
