Peacock feather flowy blouse

This is a sheer material, you will need a cami underneath. This is used. Its in good condition but I think some of the glitter on the material has worn off. There's definitely still sparkle there though!! The waist has elastic. The sleeves are flowy. Peacock Pattern. Its so beautiful
