This lab created pear ruby weighs in at 9.72 ct is set in Sterling Silver and is SIMPLY STUNNING! The round Moissanite that is mounted above the bold and beautiful ruby is equally as beautiful and is approximately .25ctw. Pendant hangs from an 18 in sterling silver chain and comes in the gift box shown in the pictures. It is NWOT.
