Very large very light shade morganite stone. I believe the stone is 14 ct but I'm not sure. I bought it off of eBay and never had it mounted. I confirmed with my jeweler that it is morganite, just a light pink color rather than the darker peachy color.

elleohvee Can I see a better photo of the color? Seems very pale for a morganite.

scandiprincess @maryreitz @elleohvee the color is pale. From what I understand there is a difference in the way it is heat treated. http://www.gia.edu/morganite-quality-factors I am in the process of moving right now and this item is packed up so I'm not able to take another photo of it now but it is a very pale shade and on the pink side rather than peach.

scandiprincess @elleohvee I move on Tuesday to the new house. As I come across it I'll post more pics. The color is accurate though. The colors change depending on how much heat is applied. That's why I put it on the white background.

mrslips @terraandjames any chance you could get a picture of it in natural/sunlight? It looks pale. Is it closer to a clear pale pink then? Or is it a brighter pink and just looks pale with the flash? Sorry for all the questions

scandiprincess @mrslips It is a very pale stone. After seeing someone that had a light pink morganite I started researching it and saw that the pink vs the peach depends on the amount of heat applied to the stone. So I went searching for one that was pale pink. I'm trying to find the correspondence from the seller and the original eBay ad for it but I need to get the password from my husband. I was going to post the pictures from that ad once I found it.
