Pearl Short Reception Wedding Dresses With Bubble Sleeves

Purchased dress from custom dress company and wrong size was sent so I am not able to wear it to my event. First photo shows the dress from the manufacturer (was made in all white) and additional photos of model in the dress. Dress has never been worn (only tried on) and no alterations. Size 18W was sent (see measurements in last photo). Super cute for a reception or a shower!
