The extraordinary piece is jewelry was from an estate in Newport, RI. The piece is so unique and truly you would be hard to find another like it. Has sat in my jewelry box for years. Time for a new home. 8" of chain hangs off each side of the moon. Obviously, the chain measures 16". The "star" is an authentic diamond. I don't have any clue about the size of the diamond. It's a nice size. The moon is crescent shaped and the size of a quarter. The pearls are each set individually in each setting. The pearls appear to be off-white and gray. Just a stunning piece. I have priced at with very little room for a discount. This piece is beautiful and authentic. I am not a jeweler or appraiser. This is from my own collection. bellatrix2189 This is gorgeous. Did you take it for appraisal or does it come with a certificate from when it was appraised after the estate sale? I’m looking for a piece like this but posh will verify the star. I’m wondering about the quality of the rest. I’m looking for something I can wear daily and this fits what I’m looking for.

bellatrix2189 Sorry, they will just verify like the star and the description essentially. And I’ve had bad experiences with them not having properly trained people.

bellatrix2189 @amandamares838 okay, it’s absolutely gorgeous. I’ve got a piece made but it’s not an everyday thing. This ticks my boxes so I’ll think on it! I just want a piece I can wear daily and it seems like it’s impossible to find what I’m looking for. I found this listing by happy accident.

bellatrix2189 I know you’ve never worn it, but when trying on does the charm shift a lot or does it pretty much stay in position? I know it will of course move some. But overall? Just when tried on since it hasn’t been worn.

bellatrix2189 @amandamares838 I will definitely think on it. I like the pearls too instead of it just being diamonds. It’s so hard to find jewelry now unless I go overseas or independent boutiques or my favorite has been antique stores. But i just want an everyday piece that won’t overwhelm my necklace.
