Pearl by Lela Rose Dotted Tulle Full Skirt

This is a feminine, timeless skirt from Pearl by Lela Rose. The polka dots are more of a flocked Swiss dot. The tulle layer of the skirt is a little longer than the lining. PLEASE NOTE: this skirt was originally a size 6, but I had it altered and now it’s more like a 0/2. The waistband is elastic! Could honestly also fit a 4/6 comfortably. For reference: Mannequin pictured has a 27” waist and was not a struggle to zip up. Excellent condition. Please reach out with questions. Offers welcome.
