Pearl necklace with crystal stones

Authentic the pearls are looks like a type of a Freshwater Pearl or very large and the gold I'm not positive if it's real gold or not I haven't been able to find anything it looks like a very well could be and like I'm pretty sure these are quartz crystals with a matching pair of earrings and earrings I just put with them there they don't match perfectly but I thought they went to make for a nice little set #397
