Pearl stud

Stud about 1/2 inch long. A pearl stud set in gold tone metal. In great preowned shape. Backing marked Napier. Earring metal itself has no markings. Earring is solid and heavy for its size. It is missing it’s mate but it appears to be a quality piece so I thought it would be worth giving it a new lease on life. Would be good for a creative project? Maybe repurposed into a pin, pendant, clip, hair accessory or other accessory/jewelry item? Definitely for the crafty creative person.
