Is this top flowy in the middle area?

@ilenerosie yes it's a little flowy in the middle. The fitted area is the crocheted arm area.I find it to be the most fitted. I don't throw any of my nicer tops in the dryer so I don't know about shrinking in the arms if dried but mine hasn't shrunk and I've been wearing it for about a year.
