Blue and white dress. Chiffon tank has peasant style orange green and blue detailing. Skirt is a light cornflower blue, (not chiffon) skater style. Tassels attached to notch neck. New with tags. Elastic waist. New with tags still on Waist: 10" to ~16" waistline to bottom front hem: 18.5" pit to pit: helt taut at 18.5"
