Peasant Style Dress

Love this little teal / turquoise colored dress that I bought at a little boutique. Not sure why I never wore it, but would love for someone to actually rock it! Embroidered sleeves give a dressy touch to a super cute dress. Would look great with tights and boots or with sandals. I have not discounted because this is unique, and the price tag is pre-pandemic.
