damzelfly659 @floridalady304 30- 31” as these are very fitted it will rise if you go larger. There is no stretch in the cotton. I think you can go larger in the bust too but it depends on how long or short waisted one is. I always size up in a peasant blouse but I’m thick waisted and I like a long fit. I’m 30” and I feel it rises too much for my liking but if you pair with high waist skirt or pants it’s probably fine.
