Peasant-ish Top by Universal Thread

I just love this top and I bought it in a medium hoping I could make it work, but it’s just too big. Wear it on or off the shoulder and the ruching at the waist creates great lines for most figures. Cotton, elastic, polyester and spandex combine for excellent comfort, good feel and great wear without a need for ironing.
