@sandrilelolai hey! yes, the fabric is a stretch cotton jersey that has a good amount of give. I'd guess that it can comfortably stretch at least a couple inches

I'm new to Nooworks sizing. Is a large more like a 10 or more like a 12?

@brittanihayw500 I'm about a US 8 and the L is too big for me. For skirts with stretch, I personally prefer to pick a size a couple inches smaller than my own waist, but everyone is different so I'd recommend measuring a skirt that you love and comparing it to the size chart!
