Pebble and Stone tunic

Navy blue tunic by Pebble and Stone. Slight scoop neckline and high/low hemline. Beautiful long bell sleeves, at first glance appears to be a basic navy tunic but the sleeves have it!. Size 1X, measures 24" pit to pit and 30"/23" from shoulder to hem. Please see all pictures and ask any questions.
