Absolutely stunning rainbow fractal top by Peck & Peck. Viscose/elastine fabric blend with good stretch. Super sexy asymmetrical neckline highlights left collarbone. 3/4 sleeves. Marked a women's size medium. Measurements (unstretched) are chest 19", length 23", 3/4 sleeves are 17.5". I absolutely adore this top but I never wear it and I'm doing a major closet purge, so there ya go.
