ragsfeathers16 They are new in box, unworn. We have a small retail store and we sell excess inventory, all brand new. This style comes in whole sizes only. we should advise an 8.5 to take the 39, the 39 would typically fit a US8.5 and US9. Please let me know if you have other questions!
