herluxee @sarasunega hi there! Thanks for the interest in this dress. It is 87% polyester and 13% spandex. I cannot measure the dress for you unfortunately, it's still sealed in its wrap. But I do know that it's extremely stretchy because I have the black one myself

sd_sas @herluxee I'm more concerned about it being too loose :/ my stomach is about 23-24 inches so a lot of stuff isn't that fitted and I want it pretty tight
