Peggy Hunt 1950s Chantilly Lace Embroidered Cocktail Dress Illusion Neckline

Stunner of a 1950s cocktail dress by designer, Peggy Hunt. Navy with peach sweetheart bodice underlay and cream floral overlay. Feels like a rayon gabardine with a little bit of stretch. Peter Pan collar with bow at neck; short turned-up sleeves. Chantilly lace embroidered appliqué illusion neckline and, for an extra special touch, the flowers are filled with batting to add dimension. Zip back, hook/eye at waist, and keyhole opening with hook/eye fastening at nape of neck. Bodice is lined; skirt unlined. I think that the bust could accommodate a bullet bra. I tried to include images of darts and seam allowances but I cannot guarantee that alts are possible nor can I determine how much extra fabric is included in these allowances. Some tiny spots and discoloration along back keyhole trim - please see photos. Otherwise in excellent vintage condition.
