Pellini Blues Dress with Vest

Vintage Pellini Blues Long Sleeve Dress with Jean Vest. Gorgeous floral button bottom with beautiful rose embroidery up near the neck. The Vest is removable. Please note: There is holes near the bottom of the dress in the back. Please see picture for reference. I believe it can be fixed and it is not very noticeable.
