Pencil Skirt Emi & Joe Black Ruffle Small

Form fitting pencil skirt by Emi & Joe. Made from a rayon, nylon and spandex blend, has wonderful stretch and hugs every curve. Flattering ruffle along front and small vent in the back. The color is a solid black, not faded. Size small. Check measurements as this is tiny. Unstretched it measures about 22" around the waist (can stretch to about 30"), about 21.5" in total length.
