Storm and Marie, black and white sand pencil skirt. New with tags. Purchased from Marshall’s for $49.99 (originally $75) This would best fit a size 0-4. Measurement of the waist is a little over 12 inches when laying flat, elastic waist band with zipper up the back. This is very stretchy material.
