Pencil-skirt dress with plunging neckline

Flattering, hip-hugging dress with plunging neckline that hits at the sternum. Black and white stripe poly/rayon/spandex for a really comfortable fit. Love this dress, but never found a place to wear it in our rural town and would love to see someone enjoy! Never worn, slight thread pull at waist, from people trying it on in the store.
